Where is Dyson UK?

If you work at Dyson you won’t be cramming yourself onto an overcrowded tube train each morning. Nor will you find yourself in slow moving traffic. In fact, take one step out of our Malmesbury base and you’re in the heart of the English countryside. But that doesn’t mean we aren’t extremely high-tech...

Malmesbury is an ancient market town built around a historic abbey. A short drive and you can find yourself in Cheltenham, Bristol or Bath, where many Dyson people live. Malmesbury is, in fact, England’s oldest borough, and for a time (a long time ago) it was England’s seat of power.

The Dyson building itself has won several awards: it was designed by architects Wilkinson Eyre, who were also responsible for the new Wellcome Wing at London’s Science museum.

A new building dedicated to research and development has recently been opened, providing the best possible environment for innovative work. The interior of the main building is also designed to reflect the creative and team-orientated nature of Dyson. Almost everything from design and engineering, right through to marketing and customer care is done in-house; that’s why we’re open plan, so everyone can interact freely between teams and share ideas.
