People focused

After graduating in psychology and human resources management, I’ve been working in people operations since the beginning of my career. I joined Dyson early in 2022, and my role is full of new challenges to develop my skills even further. Every day I meet new Dyson colleagues, which makes this journey even more interesting.  

My local team in Krakow is quite small, but globally we are part of much bigger Talent Acquisition operations at Dyson.  

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, I support hiring managers in Dyson Business Services. I take care of recruitment, advising hiring managers on how to find new employees, and guiding candidates through the process while making their journey with Dyson as positive as possible.  

I get massive satisfaction from finding new talented people and seeing them join us in our office. I always focus on making sure we’re finding the right people to join us and that they have a great experience through the whole recruitment process.
