Dyson Hall sits in the heart of Cologne’s multicultural Ehrenfeld quarter. Old meets new in this modern warehouse conversion, with plenty of open-plan space to collaborate and socialise in. There are no doors in the office – allowing for short direct pathways and easy communication between the team.
The Ehrenfeld district, known as a “Veedel” in the Cologne dialect, is famed for its vibrant culture and art scene. Wall murals and graffiti are as much a part of the cityscape as the multitude of local independent businesses, which includes an eclectic range of eateries and shops. Needless to say, the team makes the most of all that the area has to offer with after-work socials and ad hoc trips. Local events – from concerts, to street food festivals, to night-time flea markets – make this quarter a lively and attractive location to live and work in.
