We don’t just give you a desk and forget about you. We want you to develop along with us: so we talk. Regular progress updates, training and feedback aren’t just necessary, they’re essential.
At Dyson, we encourage you to take control of your own destiny; let’s face it, if you’re ambitious, why would we want to keep it under wraps?
Life at Dyson begins with your comprehensive induction, which includes building your very own Dyson vacuum cleaner.
Your team will ease you into Dyson, introduce you to key people, show you where and how to access all the information you need, and give you some goals to get you started.
You will meet your manager regularly to discuss progress, any concerns and your ongoing development. What’s more, after your three months probation it doesn’t stop. We value the chance to gain regular feedback on your performance and discuss your future ambitions.
Everyone at Dyson has a personal development plan to help them move forward: through on the job training, coaching, mentoring and internal courses.
